The Arts Commission of Greater Toledo
The Arts Commission of Greater Toledo develops and promotes the visual, performing, and literary arts in the Northwest Ohio community. Our work is dedicated to successfully providing programs and services that create cultural enrichment within the community by strengthening access to the arts through initiatives involving business and education. ACGT is the longest standing arts commission in the state of Ohio, serving Fulton, Lucas, and Wood counties since 1959. Our programs and services inlude the Grants Program, the Ninth Congressional District Exhibition, Roots of Diversity Multicultural Art Exhibition, the Art in Public Places Program, Young Artist at Work Program and Artworks Toledo.
The mission of the Arts Commission of Greater Toledo (ACGT) is to develop and promote the arts in the greater Toledo community. The Parkwood Gallery directly serves local artists living or working in Wood, Fulton, Wood and Monroe counties through providing an opportunity to showcase their work to the public.
